Position Overview:
Aegle Nutrition is a Carrollton, TX-based manufacturer of nutritional supplements, beverages, and nutraceuticals, founded in 2013, and has experienced exponential growth over the last two years due to strategic client onboarding initiatives.
Aegle Nutrition serves around 40 clients, who are some of the most well-known retail brands and emerging ecommerce brands in the industry. Aegle Nutrition’s manufacturing facility a state-of-the-art certified GMP and FDA-registered facility built to exceed all quality and safety standards.
Aegle Nutrition is seeking a driven, high-ownership, and hungry Account Manager to support, service, and grow key customer relationships within our manufacturing clients. This role is a high-exposure role that intersects sales, operations, and customer success in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and an effective communicator who is eager to own strategic accounts and drive long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Support & Client Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting day-to-day communication and coordination.
- Assist in managing customers from purchase order through to production & release.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers and internal teams.
Order & Production Management:
- Track and manage purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, R&D, quality and production teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Forecast upcoming production needs and prepare for & around obstacles that arise in the production process.
- Working with internal teams to schedule production orders and communicate clearly to clients when schedule changes occur.
Commercial & Relationship Development:
- Manage a set of designated accounts (core & legacy accounts).
- Support VP Business Operations in managing strategic relationships.
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals and quotes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including new SKUs, increased volume, and expanded services.
- Frequent phone, email and video call communication with clients.
Customer Experience & Execution:
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with all client interactions.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to orders, timelines, schedule or issues receiving components.
- Ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service aligned with Aegle’s standards.
- Operate with urgency in both execution and communication.
Internal Coordination:
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, quality, R&D, operations and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and account activity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize systems & processes / ways of working.
Qualifications:
- Some entry-level experience in sales or related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
